CREATING TIFFANY JULIET HOUSE

THE JOURNEY: FROM CONCEPT TO CREATION

Corrine Crocker designed the layout of the entire interior & exterior of the house. She spent countless hours working on designing & collaborating with contractors for a duration of six years. Her father, Roy Crocker (whom was a designer/custom builder) designed the layout of the second floor living area, perfectly. He also guided Corrine in consulting & working in the process of demolition & early stages of construction.

William Bill” Luby (a.k.a. The Renaissance Man”) was an integral part of building the dream. He always had a can do” attitude for any building project that came up beyond the contractors. Thus, he became knowledgeable in all areas of construction. Once the venue opened, Bill greeted guests as they arrived & helped behind the scenes with events.

The original layout of the main floor has been updated to create an open-floor format. This change proved to make it perfect for entertaining! To increase more guest capacity: a two-story addition was added to the back of house.

Established for
Special Events in 2013

The final outcome is accommodating a nearly 750 square foot open dining room. The room can seat up to 75 people. The entire first floor is nearly 2,300 square feet, which accommodates the entire event space. Kudos to the various contractors who helped to build this fabulous home. The goal was to create Tiffany Juliet House – a special events venue bringing the community to gather for celebrations. Overall the house is simply charming, warm & friendly. If you’re interested in planning an event, Corrine will be available to take you on a tour.

Corrine extends warm gratitude to the incredible Chefs Easton, Rich, Nick & Maria for their expertise & dedication to bringing the vision of Tiffany Juliet House to life.

A special mention of extreme gratefulness to Corrine’s mother, Mary Lou for her continuing support for listening & offering advice to her during the creation of Tiffany Juliet House & her future expansion plans!
